We charge a 50% cancellation fee or a 25% late fee. However, we expect patients to keep up appointments to maintain your commitment to your own health. If you miss or cancel at short notice a single appointment, you will be required to leave a deposit to book again. Two failures, or one long failure over one hour or two short notice cancellations will result in dismissal from the practice.
